The regasification process of liquefied natural gas takes place at the Port Terminal of SPEC LNG located in Barú, Cartagena de Indias. This port features a Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU), a berthing platform with two high-pressure articulated arms, a 733 meter unloading berth, an onshore measuring station and a 10 km gas pipeline that connects the terminal to the National Transport System.
